Detailed Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Build Fee
- The initial build/setup fee for HIPAA.REVIEW is non-refundable. When you purchase HIPAA.REVIEW, you are receiving immediate access to our proprietary software and related setup.
Subscription Terms
- HIPAA.REVIEW is offered as both a month-to-month subscription and an annual subscription, billed through Stripe.
- Both subscription types have no long-term contract.
- You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at info@kairostalks.com.
Refunds
- All subscription payments (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once charged.
- Canceling your subscription will stop future billing. However, no prorated or partial refunds are provided for the current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Annual Subscription Specifics
- Annual subscriptions provide a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
- By choosing an annual plan, you agree that the entire year’s subscription fee is non-refundable once charged.
- Canceling an annual subscription will prevent renewal at the end of the term, but no portion of the annual payment will be refunded.
Exceptions
- No exceptions will be made to this policy. All sales of HIPAA.REVIEW software and services are final.
