This Fair Use Policy outlines the permitted use of HIPAA.REVIEW AI review response services under the associated subscription plans. The purpose of this policy is to ensure fair and consistent usage of the platform for all subscribers.

Subscription Coverage

  • Annual Subscription

    The annual subscription includes review response services for up to 250 Google reviews per year for a single practice location.

    This allocation is included within the setup and annual subscription fee.

  • Monthly Subscription

    The monthly subscription includes review response services for up to 40 Google reviews per month for a single practice location.

    This allocation resets each billing month and does not carry over unused responses to future months.

General Guidelines

  1. Single Location

    Review response allocations apply to one practice location per subscription. Practices with multiple locations must maintain separate subscriptions for each location.

  2. Reasonable Usage

    HIPAA.REVIEW AI is designed to help practices engage with patients while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Usage beyond the stated limits is not included in the subscription and may require an upgrade or additional service fees.

  3. Exceeding Limits

    If a practice consistently exceeds the monthly or annual review response limits, HIPAA.REVIEW reserves the right to recommend an upgraded plan or apply additional usage fees.

  4. Non-Transferability

    Allocations of review responses are not transferable between locations, accounts, or subscription periods.

  5. Policy Updates

    HIPAA.REVIEW may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time to reflect operational needs or service improvements. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes.
